Oysters at Christmas Time

It's a holiday tradition to have oysters at Christmas time. Oysters were and are associated with celebrations. Before highways and refrigerated trucks and FedEx it was difficult to get them. For this special time of year, people wanted special foods. Hence they became a part of many Christmas traditions.

We have our own take on oysters. Served Farina style means they have sambuca, creamed spinach, crispy prosciutto and hollandaise.
