To welcome one our newer wines to the Coravin Wine List I found a beautiful poem. It is as beautiful as this wine. Worthy is the second label of Axios - the super premium Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Axios is the Greek word for worthy. Worthy’s Cabernet Sauvignon dominated Bordeaux blend is rich garnet in color. Brilliant notes of red and black berries leap from the glass with a hint pencil lead. Smooth, sweet tannins frame the dazzling balance of rich complexity and fresh acidity. Blackberry flavors intermingle with ripe cherry and dance in the mouth, while layers of dark chocolate, bittersweet cocoa, cassis, earthy minerality, a touch of sweet spice and the suggestion of cedar linger through an endless finish. 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petite Verdot
