Wood-fired brick ovens and pizza have been with us since the dawn of civilization. Both have been discovered in the excavations of virtually every ancient civilization, with the brick oven reaching its modern form in ancient Rome. 

A great pizza comes from a wood fire pizza oven, but we go the extra mile to make sure you get the best that a pizza oven can offer. We use Hickory because it is denser than other woods. This means it burns hotter and cooks better. We use local Hickory wood that sits for a minimum of 6 months to dry and age before it is put into our vat of wood ready for your pizza order.
